Logistics Manager Company: Oriente Latin America Inc. Location: 9840 SW 77th Ave, Miami, FL 33156 Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) About Us Oriente Latin America Inc. is an established tire exporter. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Manager . Position Overview The Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing international freight and export operations, coordinating with carriers and distribution partners, and ensuring smooth, cost-effective transport of tires from Asia to South American markets. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, and possesses a strong background in international trade, freight forwarding, or supply chain management. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including export documentation, shipping schedules, and freight forwarding to South America. Coordinate with carriers, port authorities, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Resolve any shipping discrepancies, customs issues, or transit delays efficiently. Communicate effectively with international clients, vendors, and internal teams in both English and Spanish. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, export operations, or freight forwarding . Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish (required for written and verbal communication with international partners). Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (US work authorization required). Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills; proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Schedule & Work Environment Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Type: In-office position located at our Miami headquarters (9840 SW 77th Ave, Miami, FL 33156).
