Job description Job Title – Logistics Product Management Location – Blythewood, South Carolina Base Salary – $110,000 – $120,000 Industry: Manufacturing & Production Job Category: Materials Management – Packaging Job Details: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategically minded Senior Specialist to lead both product and project management initiatives within the Logistics Planning department. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of logistics product planning and cross-functional project leadership, requiring deep expertise in supply chain systems, change management, CAPEX planning, and Agile methodologies. You will serve as the logistics representative in product development and sourcing decisions, while also managing complex logistics projects from concept through execution. Qualifications: Experience in Automotive, manufacturing, or industrial logistics environments. Bachelor’s degree 5 years of experience in logistics engineering, material flow, supply chain planning, manufacturing logistics, or project management. PMP certification – desired Proven success managing complex projects and product lifecycle logistics planning. Experience supporting CAPEX planning, cost analysis, and project budget tracking. Advanced proficiency in project and engineering tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP, Smartsheet, Pack Assist Catia V5). Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide logistics input and recommendations to support sourcing and product decisions from a logistics perspective. Familiarity with ISO standards, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory compliance (e.g., DOT, OSHA VBA, IATSA). Preferred Attributes: Lean Six Sigma certification or experience in continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with digital logistics planning tools and simulation software. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
