Logistics Manager

As Logistics Manager , you’ll lead transportation operations and drive year-over-year improvements in freight cost, efficiency, and on-time delivery across our U.S., Mexico, and China locations. You’ll work closely with carriers, managed transportation providers, and Operations teams to strengthen performance, solve issues, and improve supply chain processes. What you’ll do Key Responsibilities Track and report logistics KPIs and freight performance through our TMS. Manage carrier and transportation-provider relationships, including rate negotiations. Improve freight efficiency, cost, and on-time delivery. Partner with Operations to investigate issues and implement corrective actions. Coordinate freight quotes, expedited shipments, and out-of-scope moves. Audit freight invoices and prepare commercial invoices for international shipments. Keep senior leaders informed of progress, action plans, and risks. What You'll Bring Qualifications 3–5 years of logistics and trade compliance experience in a non-leadership role. A two-year degree in Business, International Finance/Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of U.S. Customs requirements; a customs broker license is a plus. The ideal candidate has experience with enterprise networking, manufacturing environments, network security, and complex incident resolution. Location and work authorization This is an on-site role at ConMet’s corporate headquarters in Vancouver, Washington—not hybrid or remote. Candidates outside the area must be willing to relocate; relocation assistance is available. The position supports ConMet locations across the United States, Mexico, and China through on-site, travel-based, and remote support. Compensation & Benefits New hires generally start between $91,858 - $124,664. The full salary range for the position, across all geographies is $91,858 - $157,470 per year. The upper portion of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time. Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience.
