ConfidentialLead freight and transportation across all Evoque Group warehouse locations, making sure materials reach customers, installation teams and job sites on time, complete and at the lowest total landed cost. What You’ll Do Direct daily inbound (drayage) and outbound logistics across all sites using consistent SOPs Own the freight and logistics operating budget, and drive savings through load consolidation, mode optimization and planned ship schedules Build and manage the carrier portfolio by running bids, negotiating rates and accessorial, maintaining the routing guide and scoring carrier performance Audit every freight invoice before payment, dispute errors, resolve loss/damage claims, and prevent avoidable accessorial Partner with Procurement on inbound freight terms, vendor routing and PO consolidation Coordinate with Project Management and Installation on deliveries, staging and job-site drops Build dashboards and KPI reports from ERP/WMS/TMS data for leadership Work with Distribution to enforce safety, OSHA, PIT and DOT hazmat compliance Recommend capital and process improvements, and pitch in on the floor and at carrier/vendor visits as needed What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years in logistics, transportation or warehouse/inventory management, including 2+ years supervising staff and managing carriers and inventory across multiple locations Strong freight cost control skills: rate negotiation, NMFC classification, dimensional pricing, invoice auditing and claims handling Multi-location inventory control experience, including cycle counts, valuation and reconciliation Proficiency with ERP/WMS/TMS (Business Central preferred), RF scanning and advanced Excel An analytical, total-landed-cost mindset The ability to lead and hold teams accountable across sites, including remote ones Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills Valid driver’s license (non-CDL) and an insurable MVR
