We are looking for an experienced and motivated Logistics Manager to join our team. Job Summary As a Logistics Manager, you will oversee daily logistics operations, coordinate warehouse activities, and ensure the efficient and timely delivery of finished glass products. You will work closely with production teams, warehouse personnel, drivers, transportation companies, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations and reliable customer deliveries. Responsibilities Coordinate daily logistics, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. Plan and optimize delivery routes and transportation schedules. Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel and drivers. Work closely with production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Oversee the safe loading, handling, and transportation of glass products. Manage relationships with transportation companies, carriers, and suppliers throughout the United States. Monitor shipments, delivery schedules, and transportation documentation. Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records. Resolve transportation and delivery issues efficiently. Improve logistics processes and optimize transportation costs. Requirements Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or a related management position. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience coordinating drivers, warehouse teams, and deliveries. Knowledge of shipping procedures, transportation planning, and inventory management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and general computer applications. Conversational English is required. Ukrainian and/or Russian language skills are a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience in glass manufacturing, construction materials, or a related industry is an advantage.
