Bloomsung Inc.Awesung Inc.物流集团是集跨境电商配套服务，国际仓储物流，亚马逊FBA，一件代发为一体的大型综合仓储公司。在全美国的洛杉矶、萨凡纳、达拉斯、新泽西等六个州设有六个大型仓库中心，全美仓库总面积超过一百五十万平方英尺。现根据公司业务发展需要，招聘物流操作员。 一、岗位职责 货物预报管理： 负责货物预报相关工作，及时、准确地处理和更新货物信息，确保相关数据、单据及预报信息的完整性和准确性。 LTL/FTL 运输预约： 根据货物情况及运输需求，负责安排部分 LTL（零担运输）和 FTL（整车运输）订单的运输预约，协调承运商及相关方，确保运输安排顺利进行。 货物状态跟踪： 持续跟进已预约货物的运输状态，及时更新物流信息，监控运输进度，并协调处理运输延误、异常及其他潜在问题，确保货物按计划送达。 业务协调与运输安排： 与业务团队、客户及物流合作伙伴保持有效沟通，协调客户订舱、运输安排及相关操作事宜；负责相关表格、文件和业务数据的整理、核对与维护。 客户服务与问题处理： 及时响应客户咨询，协调处理客户投诉、运输异常及业务纠纷，积极推动问题解决，提升客户满意度和服务质量。 二、任职要求 语言能力： 具备优秀的中英文沟通及书面表达能力，能够熟练使用中英文进行日常业务沟通、邮件往来及文件处理。 教育背景： 本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、国际贸易或相关专业优先。 相关经验： 具备卡车运输预约、FBA 派送、港口提柜或其他物流操作相关经验者优先。 客户服务能力： 具备客户服务或物流协调经验者优先，能够有效沟通、协调资源并妥善处理各类业务问题。 工作能力与职业素养： 工作认真细致，责任心强，具备良好的组织协调能力、时间管理能力和问题解决能力，能够适应多任务并行的工作环境。 薪资与福利试用期内及转正后均可享受： 工作日提供午餐； 每月提供零食及茶歇； 节日礼品及团队庆祝活动。 转正后额外福利： 带薪年假（PTO）： 每年 7 天，其中包含 1 天中国春节假期； 带薪病假： 每年 5 天，可结转至次年上半年使用； 灵活假期： 每月额外提供 2 次、每次 2 小时的个人灵活假； H-1B Sponsorship： 2027 年可根据公司届时决定提供 H-1B 工作签证支持。 工作环境 我们提供轻松友好、注重协作的工作环境，团队年轻且氛围融洽。公司每年组织团队旅行、聚餐及各类节日庆祝活动。期待新的团队成员加入我们！ 面试流程 第一轮： HR 面试 第二轮： Hiring Manager / 直属主管面试 工作地点 Fontana, CA office Job Responsibilities Shipment Pre-Alert Management Handle shipment pre-alerts and ensure all shipment information, documentation, and related data are processed and updated accurately and in a timely manner. LTL/FTL Transportation Scheduling Coordinate LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and FTL (Full-Truckload) transportation bookings for assigned shipments. Work with carriers and relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely transportation arrangements. Shipment Tracking and Follow-Up Monitor the status of scheduled shipments, maintain timely tracking updates, and coordinate the resolution of delays, delivery exceptions, and other transportation issues to support on-time delivery.Communicate effectively with internal business teams, customers, and logistics partners to coordinate customer bookings, transportation arrangements, and related operational activities. Prepare, review, and maintain operational forms, documents, and shipment data.Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate the resolution of customer complaints, transportation exceptions, and operational disputes. Proactively follow up on outstanding issues to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.Qualifications and Requirements Operations Coordination and Transportation Arrangements Customer Service and Issue Resolution Language Proficiency Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to handle daily business communications, emails, and documentation in both languages. Education Bachelor’s degree or above. A degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.Experience in truck transportation scheduling, Amazon FBA deliveries, port container pickup, or other logistics operations is preferred.Previous experience in customer service or logistics coordination is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively, coordinate resources, and resolve operational issues professionally.Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized, with strong coordination, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
