Logistics Load Planner - Entry Level

Harmac North America Logistics is a leader in the liquid bulk transportation industry with a team of over 35 years of experience in safe deliveries and outstanding customer service. We are looking to add an additional load planner to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatching and be a champion of customer service. Must be very professional when speaking and communicating to customers. This individual will be self motivated, possess strong analytical skills and computer skills. Must be very organized and detail oriented. Accuracy in details is the only path to success in this position. This candidate must be comfortable speaking to customers and willing to work when arriving to the office. This is a fast paced environment with high expectations. Will need strong written and verbal communications skills. This is an office job and we will not be relocating anyone at this time. Please only apply if you are near our offices. Primary Responsibilities: * Process customer orders, plan and tender to partner carriers. * Update Transportation Management System with accurate information. * Timely communications to customers and carriers. Professional oral and written skills required *Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, with constantly organizing emails and organizing email requests. * Weigh alternative financial decisions before taking action.
