Logistics Lead

Job Title: Logistics Lead Location: Greenville, SC (Onsite) Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Logistics Lead to manage North American logistics operations, lead a team, and ensure efficient transportation and client service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead logistics planners and shipment coordinators. Manage domestic and international transportation operations. Handle client relationships, escalations, KPIs, and SLAs. Oversee shipment tracking, carrier management, and freight audits. Ensure customs, trade, safety, and quality compliance. Drive process improvements and logistics transformation. Monitor operational dashboards, costs, and performance reports. Required Skills: 4+ years of logistics and transportation experience. Strong team leadership and client management skills. Knowledge of TMS tools such as OTM, SAP, or Blue Yonder. Understanding of international shipping, customs, and freight operations.
