Decoral System USAOverview We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual (English-Spanish) Logistics and Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic supply chain team. In this role, you will oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics processes to ensure seamless supply chain flow. Your expertise in warehouse distribution, procurement, transportation management systems, and data analysis will be instrumental in optimizing inventory levels, reducing costs, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Duties Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, including stocking, shipping, receiving, and manual handling to maintain optimal inventory levels. Manage procurement processes by sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing vendor management to secure favorable pricing and terms. ransportation management systems, and inventory management software to plan shipments and track inventory movements. Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions or inventory discrepancies; implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including production planning, customer service, and logistics—to optimize order fulfillment and shipping logistics. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards; manage documentation for import/export activities. Support process improvement initiatives by evaluating current procedures and recommending enhancements in warehouse operations and logistics management. Oversee freight arrangements. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels using warehouse management systems and inventory management systems; perform regular stock audits. Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain operations with a focus on warehouse management, materials handling, or logistics coordination. Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution, transportation planning, procurement strategies, and category management. Data analysis skills utilizing Excel (including data collection and spreadsheets), SQL, Tableau, or similar tools for reporting purposes. Familiarity with demand planning, production planning (MRP), shipping & receiving procedures, and freight management. Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors; experience in contract management is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; capable of cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams. Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Demonstrated ability to practice in a supply chain operations role with a focus on process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
