or an experienced and highly organized Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to join our Richmond team. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating product movement, and ensuring products are available where and when they are needed.
Key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing inventory levels at our plant and third-party cold storage facilities to ensure product availability and inventory accuracy.
• Maintaining appropriate safety stock levels to support customer demand and operational requirements.
• Releasing product daily from third-party cold storage facilities through online systems and email communication.
• Coordinating and booking third-party transportation for products leaving our plant and external cold storage facilities.
• Managing product transfers between cold storage locations and 7Seas distribution centres.
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, releases, and transfers.
• Monitoring incoming emails and shared operational information and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Working closely with Shipping, Production, Procurement, cold storage partners, and transportation providers.
• Prioritizing multiple tasks and changing operational requirements throughout the day.
• Identifying and communicating inventory, transportation, or product availability issues in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in inventory control and logistics coordination.
What We Require:
• Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience working with ERP, warehouse, or inventory management systems.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other departments and external partners.
• Experience working with third-party warehouses, cold storage facilities, or transportation providers is an asset.

Pay: $58,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
