Summary: 

The purpose of the Supply Chain Intern is to gain applicable career experience in a growing organization. Throughout the internship, you will gain valuable, hands-on experience in several aspects of Supply Chain Operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gain understanding of current Inventory Management system and help to improve the process.
• Work with Shipping and Receiving team to improve Warehouse efficiency to include stocking strategy and organizing work and product flow.
• Perform hands-on activities such as receiving, picking, loading, scheduling, and purchase order process (a majority of the workload).
• Develop an understanding of the Supply Chain operations and how they collaborate with other departments.
• Perform other related duties as requested.

• Deliver results with accuracy and urgency on multiple projects.
• Providing solutions and efficiencies for real world problems within the manufacturing, sports, and entertainment industry.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:  Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree. Student involvement/work experience is a plus.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:  Ability to read, analyze and interpret the English language. 

REASONING ABILITY:   Can effectively handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment and is a self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and superior problem-solving skills.

COMPUTER SKILLS:  Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 

This internship is located on-site in Farwell, Michigan- Rogers Athletic
