Logistics Import Coordinator-- Mandarin & CargoWise Required

We are looking for an experienced Import Coordinator to join our Compton team. This position manages import shipments from arrival through final delivery, including documentation, customer billing, and shipment file closing. Fluency in Mandarin and hands-on CargoWise experience are required. Responsibilities Coordinate import shipments, customs clearance, cargo pickup, and final delivery. Create, update, and close shipment files accurately in CargoWise. Prepare delivery orders and import documentation. Monitor vessel and flight arrivals, cargo availability, last free days, demurrage, and storage charges. Communicate with customers, customs brokers, terminals, warehouses, carriers, and truckers. Prepare customer invoices and review costs and supporting documents before closing files. Maintain accurate shipment records and resolve daily operational issues. Qualifications At least 2 years of import operations or freight forwarding experience. Proficiency in CargoWise, including shipment file management and customer billing. Fluency in Mandarin and effective communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple shipments.
