Logistics Handler

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling, organizing, and moving materials and shipments within a warehouse or distribution facility. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments and materials. Prepare, package, label, and stage outgoing orders for shipment. Move products and materials between storage areas, loading docks, and designated workstations. Verify shipment quantities and inspect items for damage or discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts. Operate warehouse equipment and material-handling tools when properly trained and authorized. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team members to ensure timely order processing. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines. Assist with additional warehouse and logistics tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping, or material handling is a plus but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic communication and problem-solving skills. Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude. Willingness to learn warehouse procedures and equipment operations. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move packages and materials in accordance with job requirements and safety guidelines. Comfortable working in an active warehouse or distribution environment.
