Maverick TechAbout the Role As a Logistics Fulfillment Specialist, you will ensure the seamless movement of inventory by managing order processing, accurate picking, and efficient packing. Responsibilities Execute the end-to-end fulfillment process by picking, scanning, and consolidating customer orders with high accuracy. Validate shipment integrity by auditing quantities, verifying labels, and inspecting product condition against order documentation. Proactively identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to ensure rapid resolution of shipping issues. Maintain operational excellence by adhering to strict quality control standards and performing routine safety inspections. Utilize warehouse management systems and RF scanners to track inventory movement and maintain real-time data accuracy. Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize workflow and contribute to a productive, organized environment. Qualifications Required Skills 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment. Proficiency in using digital tools, including tablets, RF scanners, and warehouse management software. Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Physical capability to stand or walk for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs regularly, with occasional lifting up to 75 lbs. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a material handling or shipping and receiving role. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot minor logistics issues. A collaborative mindset with a focus on team safety and operational efficiency.
