ay a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and supporting our logistics team.
Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will contribute to the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse by performing essential physical tasks. You will ensure freight is handled safely, organized, and ready for shipment while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
• Load and unload freight using manual methods and warehouse equipment.
• Sort, organize, and prepare items for storage or shipping with proper labeling.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage during transport.
• Repack, palletize, and audit shipments as directed by site leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support warehouse efficiency.
• Perform routine housekeeping and general warehouse maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures to ensure a secure environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Energetic, self-motivated, and committed to a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs regularly.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or equipment use is a plus, but not required; training is provided.
• Excellent physical stamina and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience using warehouse equipment and familiarity with logistics processes.
• Knowledge of inventory management or shipping systems.
