Logistics Dispatcher/Customer Service

We are currently seeking an individual who demonstrates strong proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to suggest effective solutions. The ideal candidate will prioritize calls, balance daily routes, and perform data entry tasks while maintaining excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include updating orders, sending email updates, organizing vital information such as customer orders, service requests, and emergency alerts, and ensuring that we meet customer expectations. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for answering customer questions and resolving emerging problems efficiently. We also require someone with strong coordination skills and great computer proficiency to help manage these tasks effectively.
