Logistics Dispatcher / Broker - Hourly + Commission

We offer our dispatchers/Brokers a solid commission growth structure after a 3-month evaluation to compensate them for their growth and hard work as well. Work hours are 8am - 2pm Monday - Friday to start. Hours can increase for the right person. You will manage high-level communications, coordinate driver logistics, and ensure our clients receive the world-class service they expect. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management: Maintain strong, trust-based partnerships with both our clients and our driver fleet. Precision Dispatching: Coordinate driver schedules and track shipments in real-time to provide clients with proactive, continuous updates. Account Oversight: Resolving inquiries and addressing concerns with urgency. Operational Support: Handle phone and email communications with professional poise. Technology: Be proficient with computers, building shipments, tracking shipments and staying organized.
