Logistics Dispatcher

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher to help coordinate day-to-day transportation activities within our logistics operation. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and learning the logistics industry. We provide training and support to help you succeed. What You’ll Do Assist with scheduling and tracking freight shipments using our systems Help coordinate pickups and deliveries with drivers and customers Enter and update shipment information accurately in our system Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal team members by phone and email Monitor shipments to help ensure deliveries stay on schedule Support the operations team with general dispatch and coordination tasks What We’re Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers, typing, and entering information accurately Good communication skills and a professional phone manner Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn new systems and processes Experience (Nice to Have, Not Required) Any experience in logistics, dispatching, shipping/receiving, or transportation is helpful but not required Experience with transportation or dispatch software is a plus, but we will train the right person Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Parental leave Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
