Logistics Dispatcher

Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, routes, and updates. Monitor and track the status of dispatched trucks to ensure on-time performance. Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Optimize routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Manage and update dispatch logs, records, and documentation. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards. Address and resolve any transportation issues that arise during the delivery process. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable speaking with customers and drivers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations. Basic computer skills and familiarity with dispatch software is a plus.
