Key Responsibilities
• Monitor regional transportation schedules and coordinate final-mile mail delivery flows across multiple facilities
• Analyze route efficiency data, tracking truck arrival times, cargo volumes, and transit delays to optimize schedules
• Coordinate directly with fleet dispatchers, mail processing leads, and highway contract drivers to synchronize departures
• Resolve transit disruptions caused by traffic bottlenecks, extreme weather, or vehicle breakdowns by deploying backup routing strategies
• Audit facility delivery metrics and transit logs to identify recurring bottlenecks and present data solutions to logistics managers
• Ensure all hazardous material cargo and high priority shipments strictly adhere to federal transport safety laws and tracking protocols

Requirements and Qualifications
• Must be a United States citizen or a lawful permanent resident alien

• Prior professional experience working in logistics coordination, fleet dispatching, or supply chain routing is highly preferred
• Strong digital proficiency with routing databases, tracking software, and enterprise spreadsheet applications
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills in English to quickly coordinate complex transit changes with diverse logistics teams
