We’re seeking a Dispatcher who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the intricacies of ocean import logistics. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate transportation of goods from the ocean port to warehouse facilities Schedule and dispatch trucks based on ships arrival times and delivery windows Communicate with port authorities, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations Monitor shipments, resolve delivery issues, and update relevant parties in real time Maintain accurate documentation related to import shipments and transportation logistics Required Qualifications: Proven experience in FBA dispatching or logistics coordination Knowledge of ocean import procedures, port operations, and shipping documentation Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with logistics software or TMS (Transportation Management Systems) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred: Bilingual (English/Chinese ) Will provide training regarding Freight Forward in Chinese lanaguage Experience with container drayage and customs clearance workflows Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.58 - $28.17 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Logistics Dispatcher: 3 years (Required) Language: Chinese (Required) Ability to Commute: Vernon, CA 90058 (Required) Work Location: In person
