Logistics Coordinator-Supply Chain
Geopaq LogicJob Title: Logistics Coordinator Location: Cerritos, CA (Onsite) Contract: 1 Year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Please note: Experience Required: Candidates with 2 years or less of relevant logistics experience are encouraged to apply. Senior-level candidates are not required . Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, BOLs, and delivery records. Coordinate shipments with warehouse teams and customers. Track deliveries and resolve shipping or documentation issues. Process logistics invoices and assist with billing discrepancies. Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation. Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with warehouse operations is a plus. ERP/WMS system knowledge preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred, not mandatory Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
