Logistics Coordinator (Korean Bilingual)

Position Overview: Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing transportation of goods while maintaining close and effective communication with partners, agents and customers. Roles and responsibilities: Preparing shipments for transportation Organizing inland transportation/trucking services Booking air/ocean import and export schedules to meet customer’s needs Prepare import/export documentation Track and Trace shipments and ensure logistics processes for a smooth importation or exportation. Ensure compliance with import/export policies for different shipping lines and different countries Work closely with related organizations such as customs, trucking companies, brokers and NVOCC/Airlines for an effective management of transportation process Maintain close communication with customers Monitoring ocean and air freights Generate quotes for different routes and different types of cargo Generate invoices for completed shipments Benefits: Health Insurance.
