, forecasting, reporting, and service-unit preparation. Strong organization and communication are central to coordinating with freight companies, Dealers, Customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage stock and identify material shortages through daily MRP use
• Coordinate vendors, routes, timelines, and cost-efficient shipments
• Schedule daily logistics deliveries and collections
• Manage cross-border and overseas freight documentation
• Prepare units, inventory counts, forecasts, reports, and RMA records
Requirements:
• One year of logistics experience handling import, export, and customs
• One to three years managing stock and freight companies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information
