Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator Wittstrom Hay Sales, Inc. – Shandon, CA Full-Time | $65,000–$120,000 per year Wittstrom Hay Sales is an established, family-owned agricultural distribution company seeking a motivated, dependable individual to join our growing team. Responsibilities include coordinating trucking operations, scheduling deliveries, managing inventory, and communicating with customers, suppliers, and drivers throughout California and the Western United States. We’re looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, strong computer abilities, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask and solve problems independently. An interest in agriculture, horses, and livestock is highly desirable. Experience in transportation or agriculture is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred but not required.
