Logistics Coordinator Spring Creek Building Supply | Minster, Ohio | Full-Time About Us Spring Creek Building Supply is a company that supplies fabricated rebar to contractors throughout the Midwest. We're a close-knit team that takes pride in quality, reliability, and keeping our customers' projects on schedule. Position Summary We're looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to aid in the day-to-day logistics responsibilities and compliance documentation fulfillment. This person works closely with Production and Administrative leaders to support order fulfillment, deliveries, and maintaining records. Key Responsibilities Scheduling truck deliveries and coordinating with customers and drivers Prepare, organize, and retain steel mill and Epoxy Coated rebar certifications for customer shipments Prepare and maintain Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Daily Source Reports Maintain accurate document retention for verification and audit purposes Support other office and team member needs as they arise Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines A team player who works well with others and understands the value of teamwork Preferred (Not Required) Experience in construction, manufacturing, or steel/rebar industries Experience with freight and logistics Familiarity with ODOT documentation or material certification requirements What We Offer We offer competitive wages and benefits Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Paid Hourly position with paid overtime How to Apply Please submit your resume to ron@scbsi.us or apply in person at Spring Creek Building Supply 331 South Ohio Street, Minster, Ohio 45865 Spring Creek Building Supply is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
