Summary:
This full-time position will require the successful candidate to fulfill product transfer orders in accordance with company policy and safety regulations in all related physical inventory management and quality control activities in the safest, most efficient way possible.
Main Job Responsibilities: Included but not limited to:
Coordination and communication (35%)
- Oversee and execute the complete order handling process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Track, measure and report regularly the status of customer orders
- Coordinate deliveries with customers to ensure their processing times are met
- Supplier and vendor communication: Arranging pickups, and ensuring supplier schedules align with production needs
- Answering inquiries, providing shipment updates, and resolving any customer issues.
- Liaising with terminal staff and management to ensure all internal teams are aligned and informed.
- Enhance customer service experiences with the company by communicating effectively with internal and external customers as well as collaborating with team members to ensure smooth delivery
Documentation and administration (30%)
- Preparing and processing documents; Creating accurate bills of lading, customs paperwork, shipping orders, and invoices.
- Data entry and record-keeping; Recording detailed shipment information, tracking expenses, and maintaining logistics systems.
Inventory and operations management (35%)
- Inventory management and coordination to ensure goods are moving in and out of our facilities in a timely fashion
Other duties as assigned by the Office or Terminal Manager.

Education / Certification / Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or a related field, though diplomas and relevant certification is preferred.
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Office/administrative experience preferred or have experience in using programs such as Excel, Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook; as well as train on other programs that are specific to the job.
- Transportation/Logistics experience an asset.
- Must have access to a vehicle.
- Must be fully conversant with M2S and SRS, as well as E Business

Working Conditions:
- The role is performed in a combination of office (80%) and outdoor environment (20%) in various types of weather and environmental conditions.
- The incumbent must be available to work shifts and weekends when necessary.
- Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure and manage stress.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position in an office environment with frequent opportunity to move about.
- The incumbent may be required to lift or move large binders and boxes of files.
