Our extensive range of services includes emergency roadside services, towing and accident management, and dispatch call center solutions. We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team and help streamline our supply chain and transportation processes. We are currently hiring for a overnight position and a midshift position. Job Summary As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a central role in the day-to-day coordination of our towing and roadside assistance services. This position is about more than just answering phones—you're the operations hub that keeps our team moving efficiently and our customers informed. You’ll be responsible for routing and scheduling service calls with precision, ensuring our fleet is deployed efficiently across the service area. You'll manage real-time communication with drivers, maintain strong working relationships with both customers and third-party providers, and accurately document every service call in our system. This role requires excellent organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to remain calm and resourceful in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities Efficiently coordinating and routing tow trucks and roadside repair vehicles to optimize response times and service coverage Acting as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving issues professionally Communicating with service providers and third-party partners to ensure timely and reliable support Accurately entering and maintaining detailed service records, job logs, and reports in dispatch software Monitoring service progress and adjusting schedules or routes in response to delays, emergencies, or changes in priority Supporting drivers with directions, job details, and any logistical challenges during service calls Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support operational goals Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Proficient in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP systems) and Microsoft/ Google Office Suite Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Work Location: In person
