Location Tempe, AZ Employment Type Non-Exempt, Regular, Full-Time Manager Position No Reports To Logistics Manager or designee Travel No Revision Date December 2026 Summary of Functions We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to support our daily operations. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes across the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day operations of the company, including administrative tasks, data entry, and document management. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment. Help streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops. Respond to inquiries and requests from internal teams and external partners in a timely manner. Support senior management with various tasks and projects as assigned. Perform additional assignments and special projects as directed. Experience/Education Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. High school diploma/GED or equivalent. Company will provide additional training, as necessary. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of two-way radio systems or related technology (preferred but not required). Excellent computer skills including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Above average oral and written communication skills, and creativity applied to resolution of issues. Highly proactive and responsive to internal and external customers. Ability to exercise independent judgment and advise project leadership on complex issues. Good problem-solving skills/decision-making skills. Strong attention to detail. Commitment to excellence and high standards. Ability to work with all levels of management. Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, management, and other co-workers, both individually and in front of a group is important.
