Logistics Coordinator

As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily transportation, inventory, order fulfillment, and supply chain activities. Position Overview The Logistics Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring the accurate and timely movement of products, materials, and equipment throughout our supply chain. This position coordinates shipments, monitors delivery schedules, supports warehouse operations, maintains logistics documentation, and communicates with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of energy storage products, equipment, and accessories. Schedule freight pickups, deliveries, and transportation arrangements. Monitor shipment status and communicate delays or delivery changes. Work with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and warehouse teams. Support domestic and international shipping activities as needed. Coordinate inventory transfers between warehouses and distribution centers. Assist with inventory tracking, reconciliation, and stock availability. Support order processing, fulfillment, and customer delivery coordination. Prepare and maintain shipping documents, packing lists, and delivery records. Update shipment and inventory information in logistics management systems. Assist with resolving damaged shipments, missing deliveries, and order discrepancies. Coordinate returns, replacements, and reverse logistics activities. Prepare routine logistics reports and operational updates. Collaborate with procurement, customer service, sales, and operations teams. Support logistics process improvements and follow applicable safety and transportation procedures. Perform additional logistics responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory, or order fulfillment is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments, tasks, and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with ERP, WMS, TMS, or inventory management systems is beneficial. Ability to communicate professionally with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams. Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Preferred Experience Experience in e-commerce logistics, consumer electronics, renewable energy products, warehouse operations, international freight, inventory management, or third-party logistics (3PL) is an advantage. Knowledge of lithium battery shipping requirements is beneficial but not required. Work Environment This position primarily involves office-based logistics coordination, shipment tracking, inventory monitoring, documentation, and regular communication with warehouse personnel, transportation providers, and internal teams.
