Logistics Coordinator

About the Role We are looking for an experienced part-time Logistics Manager to run the day-to-day flow of our warehouse. You will make sure the right products reach the right places on time, inventory stays accurate, and deliveries and routes run smoothly. Responsibilities Oversee receiving, put-away, and storage of product and equipment Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, and reorder points to prevent stock-outs and reduce waste or expired product Plan and prepare machine restock orders (pick lists, loading, and staging) Coordinate delivery routes and schedules with drivers and route staff Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, including tracking orders, delivery windows, and invoices Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe, and enforce food-safety and date-rotation practices (FIFO) Track shrink, damages, and returns, and report discrepancies promptly Maintain accurate records in our inventory and order systems Train and supervise warehouse and loading staff as needed Provide regular reports to ownership on inventory, costs, and operational issues Required Qualifications Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, or distribution (vending, food service, or wholesale experience preferred) Professional references: you must provide at least [two or three] verifiable references from past employers or supervisors Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with spreadsheets and inventory or ordering software Ability to lift 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a warehouse environment Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage a flexible part-time schedule Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Preferred Qualifications Experience with route planning or delivery scheduling Familiarity with food handling and safety standards Forklift or pallet jack certification Prior experience supervising a small team What We Offer Flexible part-time hours A direct, hands-on role with real ownership of operations Advancement opportunities and professional growth How to Apply Send your resume, a brief summary of your relevant logistics experience, and your list of references to bd@missionvending.com.
