We’re looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our Springdale office and help coordinate shipment rollouts from warehouse staging through final delivery. If you enjoy solving freight challenges, managing shipping priorities, working with carrier teams, and keeping transit deadlines on track, this is an opportunity to develop your supply chain coordination skills and make a meaningful contribution to business success. The Role Plan shipping schedules, delivery routes, and key transport milestones. Coordinate dispatch tasks and cargo responsibilities across warehouse teams. Monitor transit progress, delivery deadlines, and shipment deliverables. Communicate freight updates and delivery priorities to relevant stakeholders. Identify potential shipping bottlenecks and help implement practical solutions. Maintain logistics documentation, bills of lading, and inventory status reports. Support transport resource planning and day-to-day distribution coordination. Review delivery outcomes and identify opportunities to improve supply processes. What You’ll Need Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple shipping priorities and meet tight deadlines. Confidence coordinating freight tasks and working with carriers and warehouse teams. Good attention to detail and time-management skills. Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and inventory tracking tools. Previous logistics coordination, warehouse administration, or inventory experience is an asset.
