Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary Freeport Logistics is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to help coordinate shipments, track deliveries, communicate with carriers and customers, and maintain accurate transportation records. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities while supporting efficient day-to-day logistics operations. Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments. Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers. Track shipments and provide status updates. Communicate with customers, drivers, vendors, and warehouse teams. Prepare and maintain shipping and transportation documentation. Monitor delivery schedules and resolve routine logistics issues. Enter shipment information into internal systems. Assist with inventory and freight coordination. Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures. Requirements Previous logistics, transportation, shipping, or administrative experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and accurate data-entry abilities. Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines. Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
