We're growing rapidly, with offices nationwide, and we handle freight for shippers across the country. We're hiring an experienced Dispatcher at our Delray Beach office to keep freight moving, support our carrier partners and help us grow. What You'll Do Plan, schedule and dispatch loads so pickups and deliveries happen on time Keep in regular contact with drivers and carriers through each load, from pickup to delivery Track shipments in real time and keep customers informed about status, delays and exceptions Solve problems as they come up, including breakdowns, detention, reschedules and rejected loads Keep load information and documents accurate and complete in our TMS Work closely with our brokerage and sales teams to cover freight quickly and efficiently Build strong relationships with carriers and drivers What We're Looking For Required: Dispatch experience in trucking, freight or logistics Strong communication skills via phone, email, text and Microsoft Teams The ability to multitask, stay organized and make decisions under pressure Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of TMS systems and load boards Preferred: Experience with produce or temperature-controlled (reefer) freight Ability to speak Spanish Knowledge of DAT, McLeod or similar platforms What We Offer $55,000 starting salary with raise potential after 90 days Full benefits package A stable, family-owned company with more than 20 years in business A fast-paced team environment with room to grow Pay: From $55,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
