Join our team and help keep refrigerated shipments moving and customers informed. Logistics experience is a plus, but it’s not required. If you have experience in customer service, scheduling, office administration, or dispatch, we’d love to hear from you! What you’ll do: Coordinate refrigerated truck shipments and schedule pickups and deliveries Work with customers, carriers, and cold storage facilities Track shipments and share timely updates Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate records Help resolve delays and transportation issues What you’ll bring: Strong communication and organizational skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Attention to detail and reliable follow-through Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability to manage priorities in a busy environment English and Spanish skills are a plus You don’t need to know everything on day one.
