Logistics Coordinator Department: Logistics / Operations Schedule: Monday–Friday Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics and warehouse operations. This position will coordinate shipments, monitor routes, assist with inventory control, and ensure that inbound and outbound activities are properly scheduled, documented, and followed through. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, working under pressure, and communicating effectively with drivers, warehouse personnel, vendors, customers, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities Monitor and coordinate daily transportation routes and delivery schedules. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely movement of products and materials. Assist with Shipping and Receiving activities and documentation. Coordinate customer and company orders from preparation through shipment and delivery. Monitor warehouse inventory and assist with inventory accuracy and record keeping. Enter, update, and maintain logistics information in the company's ERP system. Coordinate LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments, including scheduling pickups, preparing documentation, and tracking shipments. Monitor shipments and follow up on delays, discrepancies, or delivery issues. Communicate with carriers, drivers, vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding shipment status and scheduling. Verify shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy. Assist with maintaining organized logistics records, bills of lading, shipping documents, and related paperwork. Support warehouse operations and communicate priorities to ensure orders are processed efficiently. Assist with resolving shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation issues. Track and follow up on deliveries, pickups, and pending shipments. Prepare reports and provide updates to management as needed. Maintain accurate records within the ERP and other company systems. Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred. Experience with ERP systems preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft Outlook Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Teams Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate multiple shipments, orders, routes, and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional and dependable with strong follow-through. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple logistics activities at the same time. This person should be comfortable communicating with different departments and external partners while ensuring that shipments, inventory, orders, and transportation activities are accurately coordinated and completed on time.
