NOW HIRING | Logistics Coordinator I 🚨 📍 Location: Elgin, IL 🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote 🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or related field We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to support international shipments, export compliance, and cross-border logistics operations for a leading technology organization. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Manage international shipping and export compliance activities • File export declarations through ACE/AESDirect and obtain ITNs • Perform Restricted & Denied Party Screening in accordance with EAR and ITAR requirements • Prepare and review Commercial Invoices, Air Waybills, Bills of Lading, and Country of Origin documentation • Coordinate Canada and Mexico cross-border shipments , including USMCA and CARM requirements • Support C-TPAT compliance and dangerous goods requirements, including Lithium-Ion battery shipments • Resolve shipping delays, customs holds, and other logistics issues • Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs officials, and internal stakeholders ⭐ Must-Have Qualifications: ✅ 3+ years of experience in global trade compliance, export operations, or international logistics ✅ Strong knowledge of EAR, ITAR, FTR, USMCA, and C-TPAT ✅ Experience with ACE/AESDirect ✅ Experience with Oracle ERP and Global Trade Management systems ✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills ✅ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international logistics environment 📌 Important: Candidates must be local to the Elgin, IL area and able to work onsite 3 days per week .
