Logistics Coordinator- Air/Ocean Import & Export

Job Description: -Provides customer service solutions through e-mail and/or telephone. -Work independently for handling situations with customers and service providers. -Responsible for data entry into the operating system. -Coordinate with overseas agent and vendors. -Perform and complete duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. -Maintain documentation and records according to established company protocol. Job Requirement:- -Good communication skill both written and verbal. -Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast environment. -Proficient in Microsoft Office. -Min 2-3 year of experience in freight forwarding and logistics preferred. -Fluent in English, Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset Benefits: -Medical/Dental Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$62,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Work Location: In person
