Logistics Coordinator Ray-Mont Logistics Seattle, WA Pay: $24.00–$30.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Job Summary Ray-Mont Logistics is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily freight and supply chain operations in Seattle. This position coordinates shipments, tracks cargo, communicates with carriers and customers, and maintains accurate logistics documentation. Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and transportation activities. Track freight movement and provide timely shipment updates. Communicate with carriers, customers, warehouses, and internal teams. Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and logistics documentation. Monitor shipment schedules and help resolve delays or delivery issues. Enter and maintain accurate shipment and inventory information. Coordinate loading, unloading, and storage activities as needed. Review documents for accuracy and completeness. Assist with scheduling and daily logistics planning. Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures. Requirements Previous experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or supply chain operations preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based logistics systems. Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
