Key Responsibilities Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate daily schedules, task priorities, and transportation workflows to meet project deadlines. Communication & Coordination: Serve as a clear point of contact for clients, vendors, drivers, and cross-functional internal teams. Tracking & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, shipping documents, and performance metrics using Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. Issue Resolution: Proactively monitor timelines, troubleshoot delays, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience in logistics, operations, transportation, or administrative coordination preferred. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business software.
