Job Overview Thai Slot Eighty-Eight Entertainment is a Richmond Hill-based entertainment company that coordinates events, equipment, and materials across the Greater Toronto Area. We're a fast-moving team that depends on things arriving where they need to be, when they need to be there—and that's where you come in. As our Logistics Coordinator, you'll keep our operations moving smoothly—scheduling deliveries, tracking equipment and supplies, coordinating with vendors, and making sure every event and project has what it needs on time. This is a hybrid role in Richmond Hill: remote planning and coordination, plus in-office collaboration and occasional site visits. Duties Coordinate the scheduling, pickup, delivery, and return of equipment and materials Track inventory and maintain accurate logistics records Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams to confirm timelines Prepare shipping documents, manifests, and event logistics schedules Troubleshoot delays and resolve issues quickly Support event setup and teardown logistics as needed Maintain organized records of all logistics activity Skills 1–2 years of experience in logistics, coordination, dispatch, or event operations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure Proficiency with spreadsheets and tracking tools Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation for occasional site visits Ability to work flexible hours during peak event periods Experience in events or entertainment logistics is an asset How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
