Hauler King Transport Ltd. is looking for a professional, reliable, and experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our growing Canada–USA transportation operations. Work alongside a professional dispatch team bringing over 20 years of combined industry experience . We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who understands the trucking industry, can manage daily operations efficiently, and is committed to maintaining timely pickups and deliveries. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch trucks across Canada and the USA. Plan efficient routes and ensure timely pickups and deliveries. Communicate professionally with drivers, brokers, and customers. Prepare, review, and manage trucking documentation. Monitor shipments, appointments, and driver availability. Resolve operational issues and minimize delays. Maintain accurate dispatch records and ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements Minimum 1 year of verifiable trucking dispatch experience. Strong knowledge of Canada–USA trucking operations. Thorough understanding of trucking documents, including BOL, POD, rate confirmations, customs paperwork, and permits. Knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) and cross-border transportation requirements. Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight schedules. Reliable, punctual, focused, and professional. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experienced professionals only.
