Role Description
The Project Manager – Sales Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Royalton, MN.
This role oversees the coordination of sales-related projects and operations, ensuring that complex logistics solutions are accurately scoped, priced, and executed in alignment with customer requirements.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, aligning internal teams (operations, sales, and warehouse), tracking key performance metrics, and maintaining clear communication with clients and vendors.
The Project Manager – Sales Operations will prepare proposals, support contract execution, monitor shipment progress, and resolve issues affecting service, quality, or cost.
This role also contributes to process improvement, documentation, and standardization to support scalable growth and efficient sales operations.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate project performance, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with customers and partners, and present project updates clearly.
• Proficiency in project management to plan, execute, and monitor logistics and sales operations projects from initiation through completion.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects, aligning resources, and maintaining consistent operational standards.
• Sales-related skills to support proposal development, pricing strategies, and customer relationship management within a logistics environment.
• Relevant experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain operations, customer service, or project coordination preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Royalton, MN, manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, and use common business software such as CRM systems, Excel, and other operational tools.
• High school diploma or GED required. Additional education, certifications, or professional experience in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field are preferred but not required.
• Equivalent hands-on experience in operations, logistics, sales, or project management will be considered.
