Logistics Coordinator

Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour · Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm · Location: Travelers Rest, SC (in person) About the role Earth's Creation USA is a GMP-certified dietary supplement manufacturer in Travelers Rest, SC. We're hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage our inbound and outbound shipments, domestic and international. This is an office-based role. There's no warehouse work. You'll get freight quotes, book and track shipments, prepare shipping paperwork, and keep sales, purchasing and the warehouse updated on where everything is. If you're organized, good on the phone and over email, and want to learn international shipping, we'll train you on export documentation. What you'll do Schedule inbound raw materials and outbound customer shipments (LTL, parcel, air and ocean) Get freight quotes, compare carrier rates, and book with carriers and freight forwarders Prepare shipping documents: BOLs, commercial invoices, packing lists, SLIs and certificates Track shipments and fix delays before they become customer problems Coordinate import and export paperwork with customs brokers, including HTS codes and declarations File freight claims for damaged or lost shipments Close out each shipment by reconciling the receiving paperwork Keep shipment logs and track freight costs and transit times Keep sales, customer service, purchasing and the warehouse updated on shipment status What we're looking for 1+ year in shipping, logistics, customer service or another detail-heavy office role Comfortable with Excel and Outlook, and juggling phone calls and email Organized, accurate and good at following up Reliable and able to work on-site full time Nice to have Experience with LTL carriers, UPS/FedEx, or freight forwarders Any exposure to export documentation, customs or HTS codes Experience with ERP or inventory systems (we use Fishbowl) or QuickBooks Experience with FDA-regulated, food or supplement products Bilingual in English and Spanish Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Paid time off Work Location: In person
