Logistics Coordinator

We're looking for a motivated Logistics Coordinator to help keep materials and equipment moving smoothly to the time-sensitive construction job sites we serve. Think of this role as the glue between our customers' construction crews and project managers and our third-party logistics (3PL) partner, making sure the right materials show up at the right place at the right time. No prior logistics experience is required; we're happy to train the right person. Logistics, dispatch, or construction experience is a plus, but we care more about how you think, communicate, and handle pressure. What You'll Do ● Coordinate daily deliveries and pickups with our 3PL provider to keep job sites supplied and on schedule ● Track shipments in real time and flag potential delays before they become a problem on site ● Schedule material deliveries around tight construction timelines, site access windows, and crew needs ● Troubleshoot routing, inventory, or delivery issues on the fly and find solutions quickly ● Keep clear, accurate records of shipments, delivery windows, and site receiving logs ● Serve as a daily point of contact between site supervisors, dispatchers, vendors, and our 3PL partner ● Juggle priorities across multiple active job sites without losing track of the details What We're Looking For ● Strong communication skills. You're comfortable picking up the phone, sending a quick update, or relaying information clearly between different teams ● A calm, level-headed approach under pressure. Deadlines shift and deliveries run late, but you stay solutions-focused instead of rattled ● Sharp problem-solving instincts and the ability to think on your feet ● Reliability and follow-through. People can count on you to close the loop ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when tracking a lot of moving pieces at once ● A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to jump in wherever needed ● Logistics, dispatch, or supply chain experience is a plus, but not required Growth Opportunity This role is meant to be a launching point, not a dead end.
