The Logistics Coordinator role is an opportunity for an organized, ambitious, detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to grow with the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Track all shipments from Europe and report any delays to Parent Company. Inspect and report any non-conforming incoming goods to Parent Company for a corrective action to be agreed and implemented Update and maintain 787 inventory data with full reporting transparency. Kitting and delivery of 787 products in a timely and safemanner to Boeing Charleston SC facility as per instructions from the Customer Maintain Record keeping in order and ensure of easy accessibility Weekly proactive planning (Quality docs, kitting 24 hrs. ahead of delivery, accurate inventory levels, highlight delivery concerns) Scan outgoing products with scanning software Weekly communications with Boeing and Parent Company with minutes of meetings Maintain and Audit Quarantine and Holding shelf Ensure shelf-life products are tracked and handled properly Work in a safe and legal manner using safety equipment provided by the Company Contribute to Kaizen 6-S Experience with SAP is a plus Job Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years’ experience with inventory or warehousing Excellent interpersonal skills Microsoft Office Skills Strong oral and written communication abilities Able to lift to 50 lbs.
