What You'll Do Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments Collaborating with other departments to update client Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy Making special shipping arrangements as necessary Tracking and fixing shipping errors Preparing bills and invoices Managing distribution and shipment budgets Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized Track and update vendor performance for evaluation Create and process documentation as needed Resolve tariff and customs issues What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED certificate required Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field (preferred) APICS certification preferred (CPIM or CSCP) Supply chain experience (2-3 years preferred) Experience with CRM/SAP software Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Computer Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Compensation & Benefits Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee coverage Fully paid basic Life Insurance policy (MetLife) Generous Paid Time Off / Holidays 401 (k) Retirement Plan with Employer Match Work Environment Full-time, in-office role based in Tampa, Florida Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST (includes a paid lunch break and afternoon break) Fridays: performance-based early release Why Microchip USA Strong leadership, a growing business, and a fun, energized culture Real earning potential tied directly to performance (sales executive positions only) Opportunity to help build something meaningful and scalable A team environment where people genuinely care for and support each other
