Summary

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of goods and shipment documentation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely shipments, inventory record accuracy, on-time supply, and seamless coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

 

What you do

  • Conduct physical and systemic shipment/receipt transactions and packaging of Pleora’s goods & services.
  • Purchase component supply and packaging materials. Solicit RFQs and conduct analysis. Align material availability with production & shipment schedules.
  • Maintain accurate ERP inventory records, conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing slips, export paperwork, and customs documentation. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and couriers to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies
  • Identify and contribute to opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within Supply Chain and Manufacturing

 

What you need

  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination
  • Experience managing international shipments and customs documentation. Working knowledge of import/export compliance.
  • High proficiency with ERP & MRP systems, as well as Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving capability and high attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

 

Assets

  • Experience in an electronic assembly manufacturing environment
  • Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade & Logistics, or a related field
  • Lean or process improvement exposure

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 + (commensurate with experience)
