About the Role: The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods throughout the warehouse. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, shipping, and receiving activities. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize transportation routes and warehouse utilization, minimizing costs while maintaining high service levels. They will also monitor shipment schedules, resolve any logistical issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Ultimately, the Logistics Coordinator ensures that products are delivered accurately and on time, supporting overall business objectives and customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred. Proven experience in logistics coordination, warehouse management, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and regulations within the United States. Proficiency with logistics software and inventory management systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP). Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS). Familiarity with customs regulations and international shipping processes. Ability to analyze data to improve logistics processes and reduce costs.
