Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support our US logistics operations, covering cross-border movements, US warehouse coordination, final-mile delivery, and communication between North America and Mandarin-speaking teams. This role reports to the Director of Logistics and supports day-to-day execution and stakeholder follow-up. Responsibilities · Coordinate Asia-to-USA shipment updates, container status, documentation, and loading information with overseas teams Communicate with Mandarin-speaking internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL partners Provide entry documentation to the US customs broker and confirm origin documentation is complete and accurate Coordinate container arrival and destuff scheduling at the US warehouse Book and track final-mile deliveries, and schedule retailer delivery appointments Coordinate direct-container deliveries to shared customers and arrange customer pickups Maintain shipment documentation — commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, entry documents, and proofs of delivery Coordinate transportation using TMS and WMS platforms to ensure timely deliveries Track shipments in transit and resolve exceptions; escalating delays, documentation issues, service failures, and claims Act as the first point of contact for US retailers on delivery status Work cross-functionally with customer service, finance, IT, inventory, sales, customs, carriers, 3PLs, and overseas teams Required Qualifications 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, transportation, freight forwarding, import/export, or distribution Fluent in English and Mandarin, written and spoken Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) Strong Excel skills Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, warehouses, or overseas suppliers Strong attention to detail, follow-up discipline, and ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working with shipment data and operational documentation Experience with US cross-border shipping or US customs documentation Preferred Qualifications Experience with ocean freight, drayage, rail, truckload, LTL, final mile, or furniture distribution Experience with TMS systems or carrier/3PL portals Familiarity with US customs entry processes, importer of record requirements, or working with a US customs broker Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Work Location: In person
